研究兴趣

Research Description

皮肤是人体一个强大的天然屏障，是抵御外界环境的第一道防线。同时，皮肤定植无数的微生物，包括细菌、真菌、病毒，甚至节肢动物。我们的研究采用交叉学科的方法来比较分析健康和疾病皮肤在微生物与寄主互作中的分子机制。通常，尽管定殖微生物，皮肤表面总是能维持内在的平衡(即稳态)。然而，这种由皮肤屏障、微生物和皮肤防御反应组成的三角动态平衡一旦破坏，就可能会引发各种炎症性皮肤病症，如银屑病（psoriasis）、异味性皮炎（atopicdermatitis）等。
